1. Scope and controlling documents

These Terms govern use of this website and business inquiries submitted to Ningbo HENYO TECARE medical technology CO., LTD. Product sales are also subject to the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, specifications, and any signed agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the specifically agreed sales documents control the order.

2. Business use

This website is intended primarily for business customers. Website content provides general company and product information and is not medical, regulatory, legal, or purchasing advice.

3. Product information

Images, colors, dimensions, packing, availability, and descriptions may be illustrative or change as products are updated. Only the product, specification, sample, artwork, packing, and document requirements expressly confirmed in the accepted order form part of that order.

4. Quotations and order acceptance

A request for information or quotation is not an accepted order. An order becomes binding after written acceptance by authorized representatives and completion of any stated payment, specification, artwork, sample, or document-approval requirements.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, currencies, payment schedules, bank charges, taxes, and quotation validity are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Customers should verify payment instructions through an established contact and independently confirm any change to bank details before transferring funds.

6. Compliance and intended market

Customers must assess whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and destination market. Website availability does not represent authorization for importation, marketing, distribution, or use in every jurisdiction. 7. Shipping, inspection, and claims
